The Return of the Jedi top half is fiberglass instead of vacuum formed ABS plastic. This is to match what was originally used on screen.
The flamethrower is hollow vacuumed formed plastic with functional buttons which allow for plenty of storage for custom electronics, such as a servo kit, if desired.

The gauntlet laser is a casting from one of Elstree Precision‘s all metal lasers. Elstree Precision made the original Boba Fett metal parts as well as many other metal parts throughout the original trilogy.
Each casting will feature the Elstree Precision name engraved in the bottom of the laser.
The Right Gauntlet

The whipcord housing has a real vintage strip board embedded in the tip. The unit itself has been modeled using the newly discovered found part as reference. Two resin castings of real vintage dental files are included.
The “nub” detail piece at the top is sculpted from dimensions taken from a real original trilogy era buck.

I’m excited to offer these sculpts and I do believe they are highly accurate. As they get out into the world and into peoples hands details may come up that I missed. The costume is still being researched as well and new greebles and images come out often. I will continue to improve these sculpts and when a major revision is completed on any individual part you will have the option to get one replacement free of charge. For example, if I end up reworking a part I will send out an email to those who bought kits giving you the option to get a replacement. If you accept this that will be your one replacement. If you decline I’ll send out an email on the next revision of any other part. I’ll try and keep this up for the foreseeable future.
